I purchased a remote start at 74th and dodge to prepare for winter 1 day before a big storm my remote start stopped working . I called to say I'd stop by after work on Thursday 1-14-21. The jerk waiting on me didn't feel like working, he turned the key a couple of times and played with the transmitter. He came back to the store and said you'll have to come back in the morning and leave it, I don't know what's wrong with it...I asked about Saturday as tomorrow morning we're going to be having up to 80 mph winds with blizzar... read more
THIS IS A ZERO STAR REVIEW: Complaints have been filed to the Pioneer USA Support Center (informing them of how one of their authorized dealers is sending out their product) and also the Better Business Bureau. I'm beyond disgusted with this company. I was lied to on the date my car stereo was being sent. As time went on this caused me me a lot of stress with hours on the phone with UPS regarding a tracking number 'that didn't even exist because it was given to me incorrectly.' RIPPED OFF ANOTHER CUSTOMER. Had a incomplete install on alarm. I turned on my lights and the heat stopped working, locks wouldn't lock or unlock correctly. After talking to manager at this store I realize once they have your money you are no longer a priority to them. The manager does not schedule warranty work asap for 5 min repairs or 1 min repairs, he wants you to drop your car off at 9am so they can find ANOTHER reason to charge you more money. This is by far the WORST INSTALL I've ever seen by so called professional's.... read more
3 times on on re-tint with huge gaps and the customer service was horrible. Avoid the groupons and up charges and go to a professional tint shop or at least to a place that cares about the customer.
