Awesome service.
Terrible service and products don't waste your money. I recently had a remote starter w alarm installed by them and my vehicle was stolen 2 weeks later. The alarm didn't sound off on the vehicle or 2way on my keychain when I showed them the video of their failed product not working and demanded a refund they said they don't do refunds for installed equipment, but that's all they do there are installs. Now I'm out of over $400 and a truck so please don't get robbed like I did because they'll definitely take your money with no... read more
The way they do business is not recommended for being a reputable stereo equipment/installation shop. I paid up front for a 0 gauge big three installation amongst many other things and they used 4 Guage. This I only find out AFTER when I go to have the high output alternator installed. I call and they wonder why I'm angry..offered to give me the the wire to do correct...um NO! They are most likely the reason the alternator and batt are shot from not having the correct power output from jumpstreet. No surprise this shop is no... read more

I purchased a remote start at 74th and dodge to prepare for winter 1 day before a big storm my remote start stopped working . I called to say I'd stop by after work on Thursday 1-14-21. The jerk waiting on me didn't feel like working, he turned the key a couple of times and played with the transmitter. He came back to the store and said you'll have to come back in the morning and leave it, I don't know what's wrong with it...I asked about Saturday as tomorrow morning we're going to be having up to 80 mph winds with blizzar... read more
THIS IS A ZERO STAR REVIEW: Complaints have been filed to the Pioneer USA Support Center (informing them of how one of their authorized dealers is sending out their product) and also the Better Business Bureau. I'm beyond disgusted with this company. I was lied to on the date my car stereo was being sent. As time went on this caused me me a lot of stress with hours on the phone with UPS regarding a tracking number 'that didn't even exist because it was given to me incorrectly.'
