Amazing store with a super helpful and cool staff. I talked to multiple members and both were very polite and knowledgeable. Beyond the amazing stereo equipment and there’s rooms full of it, is an awesome curation of new/used records. A literal room of jazz records, exactly the type of place I was hoping to find here on vacation from the east coast. I snagged 3 albums for a great price and could have spent hours and hours more here if possible. San Diego is lucky to have a spot like this. I definitely hope to return some day... read more

one of the best audio/vinyl stores I've ever been to. This place is basically the willy wonka chocolate factory of audio equipment and vinyl. a hole in the wall that you soon realize is actually a magical stereo/vinyl shop. if you are an audiophile or enjoyer of vinyl, you gotta check this place out!

I’ve been going to stereo unlimited for years. Bruce, Ray, Danny, and Matt are there always with good advice and top notch equipment. I’ve upgraded over the years to my current system: Dynaudio Special 40 speakers, Rogue Magnum Cronus III integrated amp, VPI Prime 21 table and Hana ML cart. I’m in heaven. Whole room full of jazz vinyl, whole room of everything else. A few nice listening rooms to suss out your next upgrade. Thanks Stereo Unlimited!

The people that work there are very knowable and very helpful . I was having a problem running a dirac app and Daniel went above and beyond to get me a tutorial from the internet and I was actually able make the app work! They care and will will not sell you anything that they would not use themselves. Great place.
