I went to listen to an amp that they had in stock. I did not like way it sounded, so the sales person recommended a different amp that was about twice the price, which was well over my budget. I quite liked the sound of the costlier amp, so I asked if they entertained trade-ins. I told them what I had for trade and he said yes they would make a trade offer. Outstanding selection of vinyl and audio equipment. Had a great conversation with Matt at the counter, he offered to play one of my favorite artists in the listening room and just happened to pick my favorite track (it sounded amazing)
Really just the best. Old school shop. Great staff. Extremely knowledgeable. I went in without much knowledge (not an expert) and got great, unpretentious customer service.
Friendly and knowledgeable staff, large selection of hi-fi equipment and vinyl records.
The crew here is super knowledgeable and helpful with demos, and the vinyl collection is killer!
