So far my wife and I have purchased speakers of phonograph and a phono preamp Rega P6 Warfedale Super Linton's Mofi pre-amp Also a few odds and in cables and stylus cleaner. We spoke with the staff and let them know our setup and they directed us in the way we wanted to go. They were extremely helpful. I don't think I would go to any other store for my home audio needs. Amazing place to shop for high end stereo equipment
First time I went here I explained I just needed a new belt for my turntable. They gave me one and told me “if it works swing by and pay me $10. If it doesn’t, don’t worry about it”. I went home and tried it and it didn’t work, so this time I came back with my turntable expecting to pay at the least a bench fee. They showed me how I was installing it wrong, without judgement, and didn’t charge me a dime.
