I had an appointment this morning at 9am. No one was there and the place was closed. Waited around for 30 minutes and still no one showed up. Other businesses nearby said Stereo Steve’s employees usually don’t show up till 10:30. Online and on the front door says business hours are from 9 - 6. Change your business hours and don’t tell me to show up when you aren’t even there. Waisted my time.
went to the place after my stereo turned off and nobody was there and went there a week later with an appointment and nobody was there again. No one picked up the phones either.
I called and let them know I will be there in 30mins when I got there no one was at the shop I waited for 15mins and still no one.
Super cool guys! I ordered some custom F150 A pillar pods to be shipped up to Oregon and they were extremely helpful. They made the pods custom to the exact speakers I was going to use and confirmed perfect fitment for my model of truck. Can't recommend enough. Thank you!
