Had to share my amazing experience with Steve at Stereo Steve! Him and his team are absolutely incredible. Was having issues with my stereo system (not installed by them), was given fair prices and lots of options on how to get me bumping again! They got me in the very next day and even stayed late to get it done! 5 stars all the way, wouldn’t recommend anyone else in Utah/Salt Lake County. Thank you Steve and your team!
I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience. I purchased an expensive audio package and recently discovered that my subwoofer and box were never shipped. I have made multiple attempts to contact Stereo Steve’s through email and other channels to resolve the issue, but my messages have gone unanswered. Closed at 4pm on a Friday when listed open until 6
I had an appointment this morning at 9am. No one was there and the place was closed. Waited around for 30 minutes and still no one showed up. Other businesses nearby said Stereo Steve’s employees usually don’t show up till 10:30. Online and on the front door says business hours are from 9 - 6. Change your business hours and don’t tell me to show up when you aren’t even there. Waisted my time.
