When you first enter there is a smart ass entitled Karen behind the desk who thinks she knows everything. No scene of customer service or treating ppl or customers the way they should be treated. She has the nastiest as additide and puts on a front a big front for others. She is the reason the business has went down because nobody wants to deal with her if you want to spend your money with a store who will offer you no customer service before or definitely after the sell this is the place
