a long while back, i brought in a non-functional Nakamichi BX-100 cassette deck to this plac ein order to get it repaired. Jeff, the technician who worke don it, was incredibly helpful in diagnosing the issue, repairing it, and keeping close contact with us about updates regarding the repair. i'd highly recommend this place for anyone in the mid-MO area looking to repair their stereo equipment if you don't want to head to the bigger cities.
