I recently purchased 3 HDTVS for my home. JD from Stereo City Electronics came out and did a WONDERFUL job. He even helped me with my internet setup (Which he did not have to do). Stereo City had the lowest price that was quoted to me, and my husband and I were very pleased with the fast and courteous service they provided. They gave me FREE 15ft HDMI cables for my digital service and JD even helped the DirecTV Installer run new cables in my home. JD the owner and operator came to my house without the HDMI cable he stated was free on his craigslist posting. He left my house with huge cables hanging over and down the side of my fireplace. He promised to come back and finish the install. He never did !!! I called him numerous time and left messages. He is a LIAR and DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.
This guy came to my house and installed my tv. Didnt do it correctly and promised that he would come back and is now avoiding my calls. I tried to resolve it amicably, but now that he has my money, he could careless. DO NOT USE THIS GUY!
