Easy in and out, plus great staff.
I called over the phone asking about a storage unit. Although out on the property I got a call back really fast. I decided to go into the office to do the paperwork and everything was explained in great detail. I did have a small issue with the unit I was given but after a quick conversation it was resolved within 5 minutes. Between the customer service, security gate and a fellow renter I met while moving my stuff in, I highly recommend them for your rental needs.
Marcos was the attendant today when we went to get our car washed and we forgot our bike rack was on the car. We were just stopping when I remembered and we drove through and he asked us what happened. He then told us to go around and he would meet us and let us go again. Super nice for him to do that for us especially on Fathers Day
