I must say, these are some of the nicest & helpful people I’ve ever met. My counselor was professional and helpful. I had a few issues with my insurance and deductibles but they worked with me to set up payment plans so that I could get the help I needed. I highly recommend going to see them for all your counseling needs.
I went for therapy from Aug- Nov 2024. My therapist no showed me on several occasions. Then in June 2025 they took $833 out my account without even so much as a statement, email, or phone call telling me I owed anything. Literally no warning. My insurance company has no recorded they even filed a claim with them. Now they are not answering my calls or emails. This has harmed me financially.
