Note if I could leave less stars I would I am appalled at the lack of compassionate care this mental health practice claims to provide. Person to person communication is non existent rather they take 24-72 hours to respond to patients but only reach out via text message, and only meet clients via zoom. Front office staff are as unknowledgeable and lack common sense. The building is hard to find, the parking lot is full of pot holes, the office is dirty and poorly managed. I have been a patient of Dr. Johari for quite some time. I had no difficulty becoming a patient and the process was quick from the first time I called to my first session. The office is extremely clean and welcoming. The office staff are quick to return calls (usually the same day) and are always kind.
