I started my care at Stepping Stones Psychiatry in 2023 and immediately fell in love with the staff. Spravato was truly life changing for me. The Spravato techs, Jess and Nicole, always made me feel safe during treatment, which isn’t something every place can do. Because of them and the care I received, I finally believe there is hope. They don’t answer their phones, and you have to fill out a request online, only to receive a very impersonal text almost 2 weeks later saying they’re unable to accept you as a patient. Not even a reason given. This is an office specializing in mental health, so you’d think they’d have a little compassion considering their clientele. Very disappointing.

I filled out an intake form weeks ago and never heard back. I called multiple times, only to find my number had apparently been blocked. Completely ignoring prospective clients like this is unacceptable and unprofessional. I expected at least a simple call back or acknowledgment, zero effort was made. This is not how a reputable practice should operate. Extremely disappointed.

As a clinical social worker with thirty years of experience, I highly recommend Stepping Stones Psychiatry. I have referred clients to the practice and all have felt well taken care of.
