I have two private insurance but just because my son also have medicaid he was rejected. The Manager called me with the promise of looking in to this matter but never heard from her again. So not everyone is welcome here. Basically if you have two private insurance and the third one is state insurance your child we will get rejected. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone.
They got back to me quickly and they were helpful on getting things sorted to be able to take my son in. The therapist we met with for his initial assessment was very personable and great with our son. We are feeling hopeful about working with them.

I wouldn't recommend Lindsey A for virtual speech therapy at all. We had 9am appointments and she was routinely 5-10 minutes late and wouldn't send us the link prior to me calling the Lakewood location to get ahold of her (which often took multiple calls and Dory at Lakewood got frustrated with this as well). And on days she was out of office during his appointment, there would be no email or anything, nothing.
