I was diagnosed with macular degeneration about 8 years ago, with likelihood of being legally blind in 5 years. Anita said she could not cure AMD but could slow progression of the disease. She has treated me since 2017, and I can still drive, read, and watch TV, and I credit this to Anita. Plus she is a super nice person!
To put it simply, meeting and being treated by Anita has been an answer to my prayers. I came to her in absolute agony between plantar fasciitis and arthritis in my foot. After a few short visits, my pain has virtually disappeared. Anita is obviously extremely qualified and gifted as an accupuncturist. Coming to her spa-like office immediately puts me at ease. She has a light touch with the needles, and the low-light, beautiful soft music during the sessions totally relaxes me. I look so forward to my sessions with her.
I found Dr. Anita when I began looking into more wholistic approaches to helping with my chronic plantar fasciitis. I had been to two podiatrists and an orthopedist for many months with no success. I'm so happy and grateful I found this place! I decided to do accupunture after I had a major flare up of my fibromyalgia. No one I saw was able to help me until I saw Dr. Anita Harmat. She responded quickly to my phone call. She truly cares and listens to me when I tell her about my ailments. Now I'm pain free and back at work. My mental health, headaches and energy level has improved significantly!! I definitely recommend her!
