FACT CHECK IN RESPONSE TO THE LAST REVIEW...The home purchased by my family member was open for public bid several days before my child placed a bid and was openly available to all.... then and only then my daughter and her husband placed their bid ....at that time it was accepted by the seller. This home did not close for a couple of months due to the seller's new home being un- available for a couple of months. Negative attacks are extremely damaging. Please know all facts before personal attacks.
I have found the house of my dreams only to find out that one of Elaine's children are buying the property. That was several weeks ago yet the property is still listed. When asking other realtors why it would still be listed they say its most likely either laziness or she is using the listing as bait for as long as she can to get people in the door. So if you want a dishonest realtor that gives family and friends inside information and dupes the rest of us then this is the place to go.
