Therapist is nice and I have no issues with this place
I NEVER post reviews. The receptionist/intake specialist was the most horrendous and rude person I have ever dealt with EVER. If I could give negative stars I would. It is INSANE to me that a center for counseling would have such horrible customer service. I could not be more shocked at how insensitive and rude this person was. DO NOT GO HERE. I am SHOCKED they can even be in business with such horrible business practices.
I’m always pleased with the service I receive at stepping stones behavioral health.
Stepping Stone Counseling provides great services. My kid comes here and really has a great relationship with her counselor; We've seen great improvement and progress since starting her therapy in June this year. The receptionist is welcoming and friendly. Everyone who works here is approachable, friendly, and helpful.
