My psychiatrist is very understanding and very easy to work with. I am 57 years old and have been seeing psychiatrist since I was 18 and he is the best.I have ever had the privilege as my psychiatrist. Not 5 stars, 11 stars. JP.
I saw Rosemary Jackson and she was not helpful, it was definitely a waste of my time.
I get my therapy and medication management at this practice and i’m planning to continue for a long time! Rosemary Jackson is kind, attentive and responsive, talking through my medication with me instead of just making decisions without my input. Brendan O’Connor is the best therapist I’ve ever had. I’ve been with him for years, and stayed with him from a previous practice. He is wonderful at listening, hearing me out, and giving me time to think. I have had my share of mental health services and it was not always pleasant but I am happy with the treatment I get at Stepping Stone. I feel respected and my doctor is very understanding and listens. I definitely recommend that if you have had trouble finding a psychatrist to give stepping stone a try.
I have been seeing Dr. Blair for almost a year and when I say she is phenomenal at what she does!!! Dr Blair is always so professional, and caring. She creates a safe space She takes time with you and listens to you. I never feel rushed or judged, I never feel pushed. I always depart our sessions feeling refreshed, and heard. She doesn't just give you an answer but she helps you, empowers you to get to your answer in your own process.
