I appreciated they were able to see me on short notice. Very friendly and kind. Both the doctor and his wife are about the nicest people I've ever encountered in the dental profession.
My Office Visit was Very Pleasant. Dr. Stepp and his Entire staff is very Friendly. Everyone in his office, was very Kind, made me feel welcome and comfortable. I was very nervous when I went, who wouldn't be for a root canal, But he was very gentle and explained the process and everything he was doing. I was done before I knew it, and had No pain. Thank You Dr. Stepp and Thank You to your wonderful Staff as well.. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dr. David Stepp in Abingdon VA., for any Dental Work.
I have just recently had a root canal completed with Dr. Stepp's office. I was so pleased with the outcome. On the day of the root canal, there was some anxiety. Once I arrived at the office, sat in the dental chair, the anxiety went out the window. Dr. Stepp and his assistant, Kim, have found their calling. The root canal was painless and brought me comfort in an uncomfortable situation. God has His hand on this office!
I saw Dr. Stepp just today! Very nice and explained every thing that he was going to do! I highly recommend him! He and his wife are very nice people!

Dr. Stepp is very kind and gentle. He explains everything he's doing and makes the process seem so much easier. I would recommend Dr. Stepp to anyone who needs a DDS. Debbie is so nice to the patients and helps you to feel at ease.
Dr Stepp was extremely understanding and accommodating with my dental issues. He went above and beyond what was required of him. He is very nice and personable and I would highly recommend him to anyone needing dental work.
