DO NOT LIVE HERE!! This company does not care about their tenants whatsoever. Apartments are ROACH infested, employees are rude, and hopefully nothing in your apartment breaks (because they definitely are not in any hurry to fix it.) As per the lease states, they are supposed to come and spray apartments every 2 weeks for roaches. Lived here for two years and the first year wasn’t too bad. Only had two instances that weren’t that great but the second year was awful. It started with my A/C going out. I called and argued with them for 3 months from the end of February to the beginning of May. They refused to fix the air conditioning and only gave one window unit for the bedroom after I asked for one and a month of no A/C. Indio management (now rebranded as lillian crossroads) owns 5 complexes around town (sullivan, shea, patrick, parker, sebastian) and you should do your absolute best to avoid all of them. I moved into the Sullivan. Company is running itself into the ground, understaffed and underpaid office workers and maintenance. Everyone is stressed, running ragged, with issues left right and center that they don't have the money to fix.
