Disappointed and Ready to Warn Others (with Proof): After living here 2 years, I honestly can't recommend this place to anyone. From the start, communication with management has been frustrating, and responsiveness is almost non-existent even when you follow up repeatedly. This is absolutely a terrible place! They are incompetent to say the least & despite the fact they admittedly overcharge for move out charges or rent or anything else … they will not make fair or adequate adjustments once they admittedly tell a tenant that their statement is incorrect because they utilize an alternative management company which does not assess anything bc they are not even in the same city or possibly state - and they change management companies every 6 months - so once it is a different company, they no lon... read more

They just want your money, keep everything in writing or some kind of documentation, because these people will lie to your face if they say they'll follow up on anything, or do their job when it comes to handling ANYTHING that doesn't involve them extorting you for more money. Even the owner of a towing company they worked with just a couple years ago had an owner that turned herself into the police station for illegally towing people where she had no authority to. DON'T LIVE HERE - ROACHES! My son has lived here for nearly a year and has had roach issues since November. He's a clean guy but I think they are coming from other units and through the cracks in the floorboards. Management claims they are treating the problem but they are not! They also have been terrible about other maintenance issues. He had unexplained water on the floor several times before they realized it was from the A/C.
