Very disappointed. They were highly recommended from a good friend. They told us it would be $30 to diagnose the problem in our car. They had our car for 2 days and my husband talked to them each day. They did not tell him it would be an extra $30 because they had our car for 2 days. It would have been different if they called or told him when he called them that unfortunately they couldn't find the issue, and because they needed it an extra day it would be an extra $30. Looks like we should have stuck with I Fix Fords!
I've been taking our cars there for service for years and today when I locked my keys in my van at the park with a hungry, sleepy, semi-sunburned, wet diapered toddler I called them because they were right across the street and I figured AAA would take too long. They literally showed up before I could put my phone in my pocket and saved me! Talk about great customer service! They even knew who I was when I called! The customer service is awesome and they are fast about getting your car done and back on the road in a safe and timely manner. They care about their customers.
