Called their Hamilton office at 3:30. It says they are open until 4 pm. No answer so left a message requesting an appointment. Found out they have a Beckett Ridge office much closer to me. Called around 3:50 as office open until 5 pm and no answer again. Same voice message and requested an appointment but absolutely no call back whatsoever. Avoid these pomp, spoiled rotten people who think they're better than you. May they go bankrupt for their horrible customer service!
