Very disappointed. Called with no response at the end of June, 10 days later they enter my back yard without permission to qive a quote. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and accepted. Two weeks passed and I called to find out when they would be coming, only to be told to wait another 2-3 weeks before they would even put me on the schedule. We decided to buy our own chainsaw and take the tree down ourselves. We have a couple other trees, and my neighbor has one that needs to go, but we won't be calling.
