The positives about Dr Stephenson - he seems to know what he's talking about and helps to find solutions. The negatives - my appointments have been canceled more times than I've actually gone to see him. On one visit, he wasn't even at the office for my appointment. I had to wait 45 minutes for him to show up. My most recent experience is that I have to wait until September to see him for a follow up visit after I get an MRI that he requested - I'm not a new patient. My elderly mother was showing some mild syptoms of Parkinson's Disease. She had some mild tremors, Dr. Stephenson came highly recommended by my mother's primary care physician. My mother has been seeing Dr. Stephenson for about 3 years. I have to say he is a wonderful doctor. He has great bedside manner. He genuinely cares for my mother. Dr. Stephenson is one of the best physicians I have ever been to. He takes his time and explains exactly what he thinks is happening as well as answering questions and not rushing the appointment. Great office and staff too - highly recommend.
Had the worst experience with this doctor. Not sure how he came so highly recommended as he is not only super unhelpful, but actually UNWILLING to help altogether. His sense of logic is also all over the place. I was really baffled by his responses when I asked questions because he just seemed so ignorant and honestly... not very smart.
