Been living here a month it’s very disappointing it’s so cold in my apartment I put my bed in the living room to stay warm I have absolutely no heat in the bedrooms an all the maintenance man Frank do is Lie. He says the Owners know about the heat situation, This is so unacceptable I have28 signatures of other residents that have either no heat or have to use space heaters to stay warm this is unacceptable I’m going to code an the Mayors office on 01/21/25. It’s Winter. An we deserve heat 60 to 65 degrees is be stay tuned
I rented here years ago. As a property manager now, these folks do it right! They were always SO kind and helpful. The apartments were so unique and fairly priced. I would 10/10 recommend these.
I recently had a visit with the assistant manager Pam and she was a great tourist of the place. I’m really considering make this place my new home.
It's a nice place to live and it's great living in town!
