I called them because my heat was not working. Had to wait a couple of days for my appointment but they arrived promptly and were very friendly, nice and professional. They quickly found the problem and fixed it. Very reasonable price. Will definitely call them again.
I had an excellent experience with Stephenson! After another company quoted us an outrageous $20k, we urgently needed a second opinion. Tyler promptly returned my call and came out that same day. He was incredibly professional, and their pricing was very reasonable. Just two days later, his team installed our brand new system and even made sure to clean up after themselves, vacuuming as they went. Fantastic service – I highly recommend them!
