The installation was good at the end was assured they would process my GAF rebate, it has been about 11/2 year and nothing. I called the office and they always say they return my call with negative results. I then contacted GAF 6 months ago and they advised me that they have reached out to Stephens Roofing in San Antonio, Tx with negative results. I asked if they had ever filed for my rebate, and GAF advised they had not. I had properly paid them in full at the completion of the job, but they refuse to follow-up on anything ... read more
Very disappointed with this company. I had my roof replaced in October with the assumption they were a reputable company. I placed my home on the market and during the month of April had a contract and proceeded with inspections. I NEVER DREAMED MY HOME WOULD NOT PASS THE ROOFING INSPECTION THREE TIMES!! The initial inspection did not pass and then the inspection with the roofing expert failed. We contacted Stephens roofing.
