This company will vandalize your roof then claim it was hail or wind damage. Home Owner's BEWARE.
They did an amazing job on my roof and my mothers roof! We had tornado damage to our homes and they were so helpfull! They kept us informed about the whole process. It was very easy and I would definitely use them again.
Skylights started leaking 13 months after installation. Crew came back on Sunday to replace flashing but just used nails and silicone. After watching Velux installation video there should be no use of either of those items if installed properly. They promised to have crew out there 4 different days with “no show” and then showed up on Sunday with no notice. Owner no longer responding to voice messages or text messages.
Had the pleasure of recently meeting Shawn Dross, owner of Stephens Restoration. Shawn came to our rescue after we were experiencing water issues in our Four Seasons solarium.
