My interaction with them was great. I didn't have an account due to not really needing anything they provide in my line of work. But I just happened to get 2 jobs that required 6"×7' galvanized steel pipe (bollards) and after contacting them they let me come in and buy cash since it was for my buisness etc. I stopped in, paid and got loaded up no wait. Everyone seemed nice and I didn't encounter any attitudes or issues. (Melbourne, FL. Branch).
