I want to complain about the apartment complex on Shipley Street. I’m a visitor not a tenant, but it’s very sad to know that my loved one is a tenant who pays a good amount of money each month for nothing to be upgraded or replaced but air filters! When I walked in the apartment the rug was moving with me. The ceiling has cracks, and the blind are very old! There is more that I can say about these apartments. I walked in to inquire about an application, and she told me they don't give out applications until they have rooms available. This was a blatant lie because the person who referred me was able to get one and was put on a waiting list until something became available. When I pointed this out to her, she started making up excuses,you'll be hearing from my lawyer soon.
I love the fact Tina and Darlene have taken over where I live things get fixed fast and promptly think they are awesome and never had anyone where I rented from send me a Christmas card thank you John
They are the best. I absolutely love renting from them .
