Our visit was for the annual MDVIP Pt 1, so didn't expect to see Dr. But, I mentioned an issue I'd had over the last few days but was seeming to get better. He was there in a heartbeat. Just to make sure he made sure everything was in fact ok. We always know, Dr. Stephens is our doctor and will take care of us. Especially during these trying times going on right now, that reassurance from Dr. Stephens means a whole heck of a lot.
Wonderful doctor who takes time with his patients
I was a patient of Dr Stepehns for about 20 years. He was a great doctor and took wonderful care of both me and my wife. He always spent time with us and I never felt rushed. However, the practice was a bit old fashioned though. No email communications. No online appointsments. When Dr Stephens switched to a VIP practice, they wanted $3600 a year from us to stay as patients. Thats on top of what they charged Medicare for our care. My wife and I have been patients of Dr. Kevin Stephens for many years. We think Dr. Stephens is an excellent primary care physician with a pleasant personality and very good attention to detail. His staff is friendly and accommodating. Jack, Beth and the entire team are caring and clearly put their patients first from our perspective. We give Dr. Stephens our highest recommendation.
I have been seeing Dr. Stephens over the course of 20 years and I am so happy that I ever found him. I must say, the reviews below are correct in terms of a staff member but I happy to report that person is no longer there. Dealing with that person whether on the phone or in person was awful and I expressed my concerns directly with Dr. Stephens. If you are looking for a highly knowledgeable family doctor that truly cares for your well being, then go no further. Oh, and the rest of the staff
NOT accepting new patients. Took 4 hours for a condesending call back. I informed the scheduler that they are listed as “accepting new patients” by my insurer, but she indicated she would not be correcting that error, ensuring that they will continue wasting peoples time.
