Staff are always very helpful and pleasant. Have bought jewellery as gifts on a number of occasions from here and I’ve never felt pressured or hurried. Gift wrapping service also available.

Always made to feel so unwelcome here by the female assistants. I don’t know if it’s because I’m young (and they think I have no money as a result) but that doesn’t excuse dismissing a customer. Twice this has happened to me. I asked about a diamond’s clarity and was laughed at telling me it was a cubic zirconia. I corrected the assistant saying I was referring to the item above and that I know the other was a cubic zirconia. If you’re a middle-older aged individual your experience may prove more positive.
