I have been going to Dr Stephen’s for 13 years. I am a retired nurse and have always found Dr Stephen’s and this practice to be very professional and competent. Dr Stephen’s is very thorough and direct. I also have been happy with Gina, her nurse practitioner. I highly recommend this practice.
Dr. Stephens is an excellent dr. . She is very patient and informative. She exhibits care and concern unlike some specialist. She doesn't rush her patients or dismiss them. The staff is friendly, professional and Knowledgeable.
I've been seeing Dr. Stephens for 4 years and have never had a bad experience in the office. I don't think I've ever waited more than 15 minutes to be taken back, and I've never felt rushed during visits. She is very thorough with exams and explanations. I would highly recommend.
I trust Dr. Stephens to provide me with excellent care. She took care of my mother in her final years and she is now my doctor as well. If I have to wait in the office for 15-30 minutes, I know it’s because she’s seeing others who turned out to need more than the allotted time. If I ever need more time, I feel certain she’ll spend more time with me. She is an excellent doctor.
I recommend her highly. She is thorough and knowledgable. She covers head to toe in organized manner and gives excellent teaching and support. I love having her as my PCP.
As of May 2017 WAS a patient for 13 years & had an appointment & waited 90 minutes before the doctor appeared. The DR felt no explanation was needed for the extensive wait & I verbally advised about her being disrespectful to my time & missing my scheduled lab appointment. After a continual verbal battle, she advised would could discontinue the appointment, I said lets proceed. Being the unprofessional DR she still talked with an attitude & I felt it was best to leave & find a professional DR...
Excellent communication. She is direct and thorough. Highly recommended. I have moved from St Petersburg and still drive an hour to see her.
Dr. Stephens actually takes time to listen to her patients and shows a genuine interest in their well-being. She takes the time to listen and explain pros & cons of everything.
I have been Dr. Stephens patient for 10 years as is my husband. We recommend her to friends. We make sure she is in our insurance network at policy renewal time. She had been supper for us and we will continue to see her.
