Quiet Its a quiet place, Has what I need and I enjoy it
Close to everything New owners are upgrading units. Manager is nice and apts are close to everything
Great Upgrades The renovated apartments are very nice with great appliances and flooring. Love the property.
Stephen courts #1 They are the cheapest apartments in Lufkin. They are okay..I had no issues until I got a new neighbors.....However my neighbor has like three dogs and a pig and there is a bad odors that keeps coming into my apartment...sometimes it smells like ammonia and sometimes it just stinks....I complained to the office and all she said is I will talk to them....guess what it still stinks....
My mother's tub has been backed up with backflow from their clogged sewage lines for 2 days and we have been calling the emergency maintenance line with no answer and no response. I will now be making a report to the sanitation department and the Better Business Bureau. If I have to come home from Brooklyn, NY to handle this, which I will, Its gonna really be trouble.
