I have to give Stephen 5 stars. After they were assigned to us from our home warranty company, I looked them up and was a little skeptical from the reviews. He wasn’t able to make the appointment time due to an emergency but came out on his day off to assess our pipes. After turning it into our insurance, he was back to fix the problem. He did a great job and I would definitely recommend. Great guy.

Was contracted through my home warranty company to evaluate a leaking water heater. He evaluated the problem and submitted it to the warranty company who approved replacement. Arrived during the scheduled window, removed old heater and replaced with a new one. Cleaned up the area and took the old one with him, was professional and courteous. We were doubtful due to some of the reviews but we had an excellent experience.

This company was sent through a home warranty company. I had to pay an $89 service charge. They arrived and found the problems. Stated they would come back with needed supplies. Never came back. Took days to reply. Now claiming the warranty will not cover the issue based on this company's observation. STAY AWAY! They will cheat you.
