An entirely unpleasant experience. They have ignored my request for assistance and may be committing fraud. My father recently passed away, the Stephens-Chrysler folks retrieved the vehicle days after the passing, but they have been unable or unwilling to terminate the lease agreement. I find it highly inconsiderate of them to issue a bill for $30,000+ claiming that the lease was terminated inappropriately.
