Kind of a weird experience. Over the phone I was told it would be $150. I mentioned two times it was a silk carpet and double-checked the price. When the technician arrived, he said if he took it off-site it would be over $1,000, or $600 to clean on-site. Then he kept lowering the price — $500, $450, and finally $300. I agreed since he was here already. The whole job took about 45 minutes, and the result was just okay. Definitely didn’t feel like it was worth that much.
