Set aside a window for someone to come over for an estimate. They never called or came over. 1/2 after the 2-hour window expired, the office calls and says the technician has been trying to call me. Phone sitting 2 feet away from me and never rang. Now they want me to waste another 2 hours waiting for them to come over. No way. Very unreliable company.
