I was left in the appointment room by myself, but they eventually returned. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They are nice but WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked. They should really allow for more time in between appointments if they want to keep any business.
