The isnpection report has enabled me to keep a better grip on the rehab job as we have progressed. It has become my bible, so to speak, and I don`t know what we would do without it.
Inspector was thorough and prompt - he even took extra time to take more detailed pictures of the house for the overseas buyer. His report was easy to read and he was very helpful with other referrals. I`d definitely refer more clients to him.
