I had a great experience working with Steve and the Edgewater team. Steve was very responsive and prepared for showings, which led to closing on a house that suits my needs within budget. We selected Steve as our realtor after 9 months of unsuccessful listing in the Jax Beaches market. Could not have asked for anything better. Steve stepped in with a unique idea and it worked. He was so easy to work with and kept us up to date on all the quirks that came along the way. Always upbeat and positive though we were cautious and I was not confident many times. We made the right decision and would definitely recommend Steve to anyone!
