Talk about under promise and over deliver! From beginning to end, my experience with Stephen and his team was wonderful, at the highest level of professionalism. He did what he said he would do by the time he said. He organized the work on my house smoothly. Within the next week after the first open house, I had several offers. I chose the cash offer at 80,000 over my asking price. Between open house and payment received was a bit more than a month. Wish I had more houses for him to sell.
