Great experience with the service provided by Stephen Wade. Bill was excellent to work with answering all my questions, checked on my extended warranty, and ordered the department needed. He made sure I understood the process in ordering the part and once the part arrived how the service department would contact me for the repair.
Needed special order part for upcoming service appointment. Neal researched the part for my vin and hunted down the warehouse that could deliver it just in time. Great job done on my behalf.
My appointment is for February 9th.
