Took my Cadillac XTS to get the ac fixed. Quoted me $1000 to fix for a “slow leak on a coupling” but supposedly filled up my system with refrigerant for a temporary fix that cost me $200. It did nothing and the ac was the same as before and just charged me $200. I tried calling the service advisor multiple times and ask for a call back to explain their temporary fix did nothing.
