I purchased a necklace as a wedding gift for my wife on short notice, and Stephen was able to get a necklace made and expedited to the wedding. The necklace was beautiful and great quality compared to other necklaces I have seen. About 9 months later my wife managed to get it incredibly tangled with multiple tight knots in the chain. Miraculously, Stephen was able to get it completely untangled with his tools. Thanks for saving the day Stephen, and thanks for the exceptional service!
