The nurse that saw me was great and the young lady that checked me out was wonderful.
If I could rate zero stars, that would be my rating. We waited for an hour and a half to be seen. Doctor and staff seemed all right. And, they tended to our needs. But, the wait time was unacceptable. A phone call to advise me that the appointments were running late is not too much to ask. You expect me to be on time. I expect the same of you!
I am very happy with my visit to see Dr. Vara. He's personable and clear on explaining the process of being cancer free.
Great experience for a busy center. Processing in and out was efficient and Dr Vara spent ample time with questions and concerns. I recommend this facility.
