Doctor Fowler himself seems to be a good Doctor. His staff are incompetent and inept. From telling the patient over the phone that the hernia results were not abnormal (when in fact it needed surgery) to giving us the wrong date for the MRI to neglecting to get PCP (or even letting the PCP know that they had referred surgical ) pre-auth for the surgical consult, resulting in a wasted morning. Called the office to check on lab results and had to leave a message, called 5 hours later and had to leave another message, then the lady called me back and was plain out rude and basically said that I wasn't important, they suck and I'll go somewhere else if I need treatment.
Dr Portwood is one of those rare Doctors, truly concerned for your well being. I would recommend him to all.
