Best Lasik Surgeon – I had surgery with Dr. Slade and it was a great success five minutes after surgery! I loved the staff and the whole experience. I have sent 22 family members and friends to him in the past six months. He is a "World Class Physician" We are overly fortunate this doctor just happens to live in Houston!! He is great!!
