How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? Among the best I have seen Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Yes, it was convenient Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? No, they didn't cancel on me last minute Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? Not at all, their office smelled fantastic! Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? Not at all, their cologne smelled great

Is this provider's business conveniently located? Yes, it is very conveniently located Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Not really, it wasn't very clean Does this provider have a good professional reputation within your community? Definitely! Everyone knows they are the best around! Was this provider friendly? Very! The most welcoming office I've visited! How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? There is no comparison!

Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Absolutely, It is the safest neighborhood around Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? Yes, I'm going tell everyone about them. I absolutely love this place! Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Not really. I usually have to wait a long time

No, they were very calm and understanding Was this provider friendly? Yes Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? No, I don't think so

They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They are an absolute expert in the field. Yes, it was handicap-accessible Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? No, my appointment started at the scheduled time Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Yes

Both my kids have seen Dr. Simpson for broken bones. The office is run very efficiently. Nurses or Assistants have a great way with kids - very gentle and compassionate. My kids also loved Dr. Simpson. Very caring. I would have liked more information from him. I did feel like I had to ask questions to get the information I needed. (Maybe that's preferable to him telling me too much or talking "over my head"?). Anyway, I would surely go back there if ever needed! And I've even reccommended him to others.
