Stephen went over and above what I would expect a real estate agent to do. He was always on time and extremely flexible with his schedule. He also offered numerous suggestions when it came time to negotiate! One of the most memorable actions that took place during the inspection of the house we bought, was during a torrential down pour. The street gutter was completely full of leaves and was not draining the water properly.
