Dr. Shapero is an incredibly detail-oriented primary care provider. Last year, I made the mistake of choosing a health insurance plan that made every doctor's visit very costly. At the time, I had a lingering cough that had started a year and a half before, during a lapse in my health insurance coverage. The worst doctor I’ve ever encountered. Decided to not refill my daily medication I’ve been on my entire life, I’ve been told by many doctors to never suddenly just go off my meds. He refuses to refill my medication, it’s always something new with him. First appointment he had me waiting in his office for over a hour and a half before he even came in the room. I can’t believe a doctor is just playing around with me trying to get my medicine.
