Dr. Scibelli performed 2 surgeries on me in one week in 2017. Monday he performed a cervical fusion and on Wed he performed a lumbar procedure. It was a painful, terrifying and intense time but words do not convey how well my quality of life improved! I recommend this surgeon to ANYONE needing back surgery! He follows through, is honest, straight forward and tells you like it is which is exactly what you need especially when dealing with degenerative, complex issues of the spine!
I have attempted to call the office for 3 weeks. Every time I am prompted to hit #2 for "new patient" appointments. No one has ever answered the phone. I have left 6 messages over 3 weeks. I even work for the same hospital he works at! If this is the attention his office gives to new patients, I would hate to see what established patients get. The WORST customer service from any Doctors office I have ever dealt with. I was scheduled for surgery at 6:30am this morning. I arrived at the hospital 6:20 signed in waited for 20 min, when the nurse told me my surgery was cancelled and that my Doctors office should have called me yesterday to let me know. I have been trying to call since the office opened at 8:30 just goes to a voice recording saying call back during working hours.
