Dr. Wang was excellent! The doctor and her staff made me feel comfortable and explained the procedure in detail. Her office was very welcoming and they did all that could to make it as pleasant as possible. I would highly recommend!
Great experience on my first visit. Receptionist at front desk was very warm and efficient. Assistants in treatment room were very calm, caring and knowledgeable. Dr Yu eased my fears by her calm and caring demeanor as I sat nervously in the treatment chair. She thorough and clearly explained the options and procedures which made it easy for me to choose the less invasive procedure. The staff is really amazing! Attentive to my comfort the whole way. Dr. Yu is a gem! She was very good and explaining everything and making sure that I was okay throughout my procedure. Very thorough. Highly recommended!
Dr. Ya-Hsin Yu is an outstanding endodontist. She is highly skilled, professional, and genuinely caring. She took the time to explain every step of the procedure, answered all of my questions, and made me feel comfortable throughout my treatment. Her gentle approach and attention to detail made what could have been a stressful experience much easier. I truly appreciate the excellent care I received and would highly recommend Dr. Ya-Hsin Yu to anyone in need of endodontic treatment.
