*UPDATE* A one Mr. Stallings has just proven that all of my concerns and questions about his ability and responsibility to "our" case has just been proven true and that your gut instinct should never be ignored. Mr. Stallings, very cowardly and unprofessionally, has just "dismissed" himself from a case in which he is representing several other Gold Star Families just a mere few weeks prior to the defendants upcoming trial. This attorney DOES NOT respond back to any emails whatsoever. There are 3 people on this high profile case, 2 attorneys and 1 paralegal. None of which respond. There are several of us in this particular case. My case being slightly different from the others but all clumped together. Since July I have the same question that has not been answered.
