Sent message via portal to Dr Matter’s office for Summer a week ago regarding results from my pathology report and update on blood work. No response from anyone. The fact that no one has taken the time to call me back in regards to these test results is disappointing to say the least.
Colonoscopies are not a pleasant thing to undergo but are necessary. Dr. Stephen Matter and his staff make it the best possible experience for his patients. His nurses and assistants help you feel at ease and you get a sense that they truly care. They are warm, personable and very professional. It is easy to give them my utmost trust in my healthcare. I've been seeing Dr. Matter and Summer Hinthorne for 3-4 years for my GERD. I've had 3 upper endoscopies and 1 colonoscopy and had a good experience with all of them. The staff in the OR and prep area are always kind. My only complaint is the nurse I always seem to have for my regular appts. She's gruff and not very professional.
I have been going to Dr. Stephen Matter and APRN, Summer Hinthorne for many years. They are so caring, knowledgeable, skilled and professional. Having dealt with diverticulitis , I am so grateful for the high quality of care and treatment.
